After over 14 years being in the health and fitness industry, Latascha was looking for a way to empower women to find their optimal well-being.
The passion to work with people, take memorable photographs and be fit and healthy was the birth of this website.
Being a busy mother of two children, she’d like to share the ups and the downs (emotionally), fitness tips and much more… with “first time moms” and anyone interested in advice or service that she offer.

What is the definition of wellness?
“Wellness is a multidimensional state of being describing the continuation of positive health in an individual as embodied by quality of life and a sense of well-being.”
Wellness is an active process of awareness of the multidimensional choices toward a more successful reality.
Process means that improvement is always possible
Aware means that we are continuously seeking more information about how we can improve.

Healthy snacking tips:
If you get hungry between meals, don't eat snacks that are high in fat and/or sugar, such as sweets, biscuits, crisps or chocolate. Instead, choose from the following nutritious snacks:
- sandwiches or pitta bread filled with grated cheese, lean ham, mashed tuna, salmon or sardines and salad
- salad vegetables, such as carrot, celery or cucumber
